When we first met to list the property, Jeff (and Ashley) provided us some objective input on our property, the market, timing etc. I will admit that we were a bit skeptical of their initial evaluation, thinking it was a bit lower than we hoped based on our self identified "comparables". After some discussion, we agreed to a "kick at the can" based on our evaluation and got no response from perspective buyers within an agreed time frame. At that point Jeff reached out to us and though he was respectful of our thoughts he was forthright in his recommendation and we agreed to accept his advice, making the modification based on Jeffs professional evaluation. As soon as we did, the ball started rolling and it was shortly thereafter that we accepted a good offer . Unfortunately there were a couple unanticipated complications on the buyers part that required a bit of extra time and effort to remove conditions. Admittedly we were skeptical at times, but Jeff repeatedly reassured us that the offer was solid and the buyer simply required a bit of time to address his issues. Not only was he right again but after closing we had the opportunity to meet the buyer who was extremely appreciative of "our patience" which wouldn't have happened without Jeffs influence..In the end we walked away not only happy with the bottom line but knowing that there is a grateful young man taking over ownership. We would recommend Jeff and his team without hesitation!"
